Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items. However, if your candle was damaged during shipping, please send pictures of the damaged candle to sylvia051987@gmail.com within 24 hours of reception and I will ship you a new one!
